Ok B&B within walking distance from city centre. The room was a bit cold, heating seemed to be on a timer.

the extra charge for breakfast was a surprise and should have highlighted on arrival not on departure.

We loved our stay at Killarney Guest House; it was a convenient walk to the city center and all that Cork has to offer. I would highly recommend it to those travelers looking for a budget-friendly, welcoming place to crash after a long day as a tourist. If you're looking for a charming guest house, be sure to check it out while in Cork!

We did enjoy our stay at Killarney BB! Being built in about 1850 you feel like you travelled back in time for a hundred years since the furniture and style almost stayed the same. Unfortunately this is also the reason why it's not soundproofed and the facilites are partly oldfashioned. However the staff was extremely nice and caring! The extra 9 € per person for breakfast is only worth if preferring cooked breakfast (delicious!) instead of continental. It's more about character than luxury!

The rooms could do with a refresh, and shower pressure a bit low, and also the water was a little cold. Heater was not working in room. Very friendly staff, and I would stay here agan.
