A great place with a very friendly welcome. Slightly out of the city centre (a 5 minute brisk walk) but just opposite the University grounds, and round the corner from Fitzgerald park so great to explore some of the greener areas of Cork.A great place with a very friendly welcome. Staff we're excellent, additional touches of tea and scones on arrival really made a difference. Breakfast also excellent. Room 5 was much smaller and cramped than I was expecting from a B & B.

The hostel was very nice. The lady was very nice. Unfortunately, my friends and I asked to have an extended check out. We were charged an extra 60 euro to stay an extra 2 hours. This really bothered us because we didn't pay that much per person for a full night stay. Very sweet lady but annoyed we were charged so much. The hostel was very nice. The lady was very nice.
