Well located hostel opposite the outlet centre and railway station, near the town centre. The Hostel could badly do with a light on the outside, it makes the stepped entrance patio very dangerous especially on a dark night. The staff were great, especially the delightful morning receptionist with an American accent.

The free wifi only extends throughout the dining room area- we were in a room upstairs and we couldn't get it which was annoying, but not a deal breaker by any means. Also, it's really cold! Granted, I was there in early february but the radiators didn't seem to do much. I had to buy hot water bottles to stay warm throughout the night!

This hostel needs a major refurbishment. The key card to get into my room did not work even though the lady behind the desk tried to get it to work about 3 times. In the end she made my key the master key so it would work. Which meant if I wanted to I could have got into any room in the place. There are a lot of long term guests staying here which can be uncomfortable for other travelers. The kitchen is not every well equipped, there is no oven or proper stove, there are a bunch of camp bur

Needed to upgrade cooking facilities..only had gas rings that didn't work well & quite dangerous with the way they were being lit with cigarette lighters. Tea towels were ragged in some cases. & poor facilities meant cleanliness wasn't guaranteed. Staff were very helpful Location was good.

Location couldn't be better - right across from the bus station. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Didn't catch the name of the girl working in the evening, but she was fantastic! Thanks, and hope to see you again sometime!

A hostel what give you all you need to have a good time in killarney. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been there now twice and would sleep there of course again! The 24/7 opening times is perfect if you want to go out late without checking your watch all the time. Cheers

Very convenient location. There are parking spaces which is very helpful to guests who are driving. Good WiFi in lobby. I would suggest putting a removable piece of acrylic over the skylight in the winter time in the Kangroo room because even though the heat was on, it was cold in that room. I think all the heat escaped through the skylight.

The cleaneliness is not the top but location is good and there is parking space. Also there is small breakfast and also TV in common areas, but you need to pay for internet a lot of money.
