Hostel with a really nice character. It is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit the National Park of Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. The only negative points are that there are no lockers and it was really, really cold in our room (but we were there in January).

This little hostel is right in the center of killarney, perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Around the corner you will find lots of pubs, restuarants and a fab little cafe called Murphys. There is parking across the road for anyone driving. The rooms are small but clean. We stayed in a room for 4 with ensuite, not much standing room but the beds & bathroom were basic but clean. Would stay there again. :)

Such a cute little place with a lovely fireplace. The only problem was that the heating was not always turned on in the rooms

The hostel was very nice. I got a Double that had its own bathroom and it was so nice. Everything was clean and secure, plus the prices are reasonable. The beds are incredibly comfy and the staff is nice, and he leaves you alone. I would go back for sure, however breakfast was just ok. Some sort of pourage thing and then just bread, so bring more to eat if you get hungry, other than that great place!

Great location and good accomodation. Not much craic in the hostel though. We were told to be quite at 9 o'clock on a Saturday night and were not allowed play music or drink in teh hostel.

Great stay, very nice staff, clean rooms, great location. We had a 2 person private room. It was small, but a great price and perfect location. No towels provided, which would have been nice!

We stayed at the twin room first which was small but nice. Then we had to change room and stayed at the 4 bed dorm. There the beds were not very comfortable (you could feel the metal springs in the mattress) and it seemed like there was mildew in the corners. The blankets and pillows were very nice and the free breakfast is nice as well. The showers were warm enough but there is only one button it is not possible to adjust temperature, strength or duration. Very clean but strong chlorine smell.

A nice hostel but a tad annoying by current standards. Check in ends at 9pm, the kitchen closes at 10pm, no showers after 11 or early in the morning and the common area at shuts at midnight. So basically if you are out working/exploring you have to come in early to eat, wash and relax :( No lockers or space for bags in the room. The common area is pretty cool and the kitchen seemed well stocked. Breakfast is nothing special but not bad. It is pretty cheap though so overall good value for money!

The Polish guy who runs the hostel was very rude and insulting. They don't like guest's coming back late or drinking alcohol.

I loved staying here and particularly loved the character of the hostel. The hostel is run by a great guy who is genuine and straightforward. The only downside for me was that the first night in one of the 4 bed dorm rooms the bed on the top bunk was old and the springs made it uncomfortable to sleep. I guess the showers are v dated, but I suppose save water! If you happen to be in the room next to the bar make sure you wear ear plugs- as I did- so no problems there. Would def stay again x

One of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in, and the bed was REALLY comfortable. I liked the staff, but it seemed they were overworked. They don't have an office downstairs and I felt like I was bothering them every time I asked something. The rooms themselves are secure, but there is no place to lock up my stuff which is most important to me. Overall- a cute place to take pictures of, but I'm not as crazy excited about it as other people seem to be.
