Friendly local hotel right in the midst of the backpacker ghetto. Very close to everything but in a (safe) alley away from the noise of main streets. Staff organise tours (for a tiny mark up) through reliable operators, but don't push them if you're not keen. Room was very clean & spacious, it also included a large safe. Room cleaned daily. A cheap breakfast is available if you require it from around 6am. All in all, very happy with our stay here (& extended to 6 nights) Loads to do in HCMC!

Staff said they would take credit card then card machine did not work. Rented other hotel rooms in Vietnam for same amount of money that were much much nicer. The room was small and dark and the bedding a bit suspect.

The Hotel was ok. Expect nothing special. We asked about pick up from the train station as we saw it offered on their homapage, but were told to take a taxi. We also made a 1 day Mekong Tour which was also nice. Good value for money.

Had a great time at the hotel, they would do anything to help

The owner told us that our room was no longer available, but that she could upgrade us to a 'first class room' room that should usually cost $24, but she would discount it for us for $22. The room we booked was $20 so we refused. We were then told we'd have to move rooms the next day. We were only there for 2 nights so refused to spend our only day in the city moving rooms, esp when this wasn't our fault. I later found out my friend from home was staying there and she experienced the same thing.

The hotel was great, very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, very secure. Not a fan of the backpacker area where this is located however.
