A nice stay, the staff were always friendly and helpfull. Air conditioning is a must as Vietnamese traffic starts around five am with compulsury sounding the horn every 5 seconds so slept with the window closed. Only two minutes to the beach and five minute walk to the town centre. Hotel was clean, discovery channel to watch for english tv, vietnamese tv is strange and low budget. View from window is pretty much buildings but good price and nice breakfast,eggs, bread and coffee.
