I was satisfied with most aspects of the hostel, but I spent my entire stay sweating because the A/C in my room was broken. Given the price of the room (a bit higher than most), I expected this problem to be address. I was told by an employee that they would "call the manager", but there was no follow up.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful! They all spoke excellent English as well! This will definitely be my go-to hostel in Korea from now on!

Nice, clean, spacious room. For 15000won per night it was definitely worth it! Only thing was the location- the guesthouse is situated in an alley and the surroundings can get really deserted at night so it can be dangerous for female guests to stay out late.

Just fix the location issues and this Hostel would be reallyx2 great, it would be better to add location map together with the pictures, I was going in circles for almost 45 minutes looking for the hostel. It was fun though!

This was one of the most comfortable hostels I have stayed in. It is small but cozy. The workers, expats and locals alike, are extremely welcoming and nice. HongDae area is one of my favorite in Seoul. It is close enough to everything. It is a very good place to base yourself for your travel.

I stayed at your hostel for 3 nights from 3/25-27 but I had a wonderful stay and very glad I chose your hostel. All of your staff were very helpful and provided great service, the room and facilities were very clean , and overall it was a great experience, especially for the location and price! I would definitely recommed your hostel to others I know and hope to stay there again during my next trip to Seoul korea!!!

Kimchi hostel is really nice. Big rooms and kitchen. Common area a bit small but you can also have a sit in the kitchen. Staff were always there to help you, they were extremely friendly (Jun, Brandon, etc..) Thank you very very much!!!! I would stay there again.

It was lovely and quiet location yet in within short walking distance from shop, restaurants and clubs. The staff were great and it was lovely to be able to speak fluent English. It is exactly as it was described in hostelworld. I have already recommended it to a friend.

the staff were very pleasant, and even helped us order a taxi and negotiate the fare. Location was a bit hard to find at first, but good location nonetheless. The closest metro station is within a good walking distance, and if you want to experience the night life, again only a short walking distance away. The only point I would criticize is probably the bathroom, where I found there were no locks. We stayed in a private which was decent but had to go through a shared room to get to it.
