When I arrived, initially there was no room available, but every effort was made to accommodate me. Don't expect luxurious accommodation, but you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed very much my time and stay at Kims Place and would like to recommend this hotel to other tourists and travelers. The staff are very gracious, helpful and nice. They make you feel at home. The service is tantamount to world-class service – Excellent! I enjoyed watching movies from their cable TV, was able to communicate with my friends in Vietnam and in the USA with their operable computers. - NickTaya

We pay at Kim Place Hotel, and we sleep to anonther one ...

We were at the hostel and we were told that there were no room left, while we had a confirmation of the booking. Having nothing else we had to accept a room elsewhere that was very dirty. The staff was not helpful at all, have a big mouth. The only they aimed is to get more money from you.
