For $10-12 you can get much more cleaner and cosy single rooms in 2-star hotels just round the corner.

We arrived 3 hrs late because of a big delay on the bus ride. We tried to call the hotel but that didn't work, because the number missed a digit. A friend already staying there told them about our delay. When we arrived, the have already given our room away. They offered us to stay in a single room. It smelled of mold and they fixed the broken bathroom window with scotch, sticking a dead spider. After changing the room next day, it was nicer. Staff was great, tried to solve the issue.

This is one of these places where you just sleep. There was no atmosphere, no inviting place to sit but the girl at reception was very friendly although communicating was a bit of a challenge but that's ok. Location is good, just a 3 min walk to the beachside. We would like to advise this place to make sure the room and especially the bedlinnen is very clean and maybe try to create a better atmosphere, to make it a better stay for future guests.

Very nice people running the facility. Very helpful. I even got help walking with my luggage from the bus station. Very flexible. No real problems in the stay. They kept my motorbike inside at night. Great area to walk nearly everywhere I wanted to go. Just 2 blocks to the beach. Great restaurants around. The breakfast was fantastic. They did my laundry at a reasonable price and even hung my clothes in the closet while I was out. Wifi had good signal.
