Great location (5 minutes waking from Old Market), friendly staff. Wifi ok. Rooms very clean and spacious. The cleanest pool we've ever seen! Very quiet atmosphere, perfect to relax some days. Breakfast and food are ok, could be better.

I don't know if we got a bad room because all the other reviews seem fine, but this place was horrible. It was filthy, our room was never cleaned, there were cockroaches (dead and alive) everywhere, the toilet stopped flushing the second day, the bathtub had basically one giant hole and one smaller hole in it, and there were stains on my friend's sheets. The people at the front desk were not particularly useful, and they kept pushing us to buy tours and stuff from them.

Really great service for the price range, the rooms were big and clean with a kettle and complimentary coffee and a tv. There is a small restaurant downstairs where they serve breakfast and you can buy beers and simple meals, although the street food nearby is great! The best thing about this hotel was the friendly helpful staff. It's a 10 or so minute walk to the centre of town. There is a lovely clean looking pool but it's in the shade for most of the day so you would be brave to use it!

The king boutique was a comfortable stay. We stayed three nights, the rooms were clean, conveniently placed only a 10minute walk from the busy night life. We did not have to take a tuk tuk at all for 3days. We are currently travelling and found the price reasonable with breakfast included. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool was clean also. Would recommend to others travelling in couples or groups. For solo travellers not a good place to meet people really.

The hotel is quite close to the town and maybe the cheapest hotel with swimming pool. with free shuttle service from airport is another plus. the hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, unfortunately, we didnt take it as we left for sunrise, though, it valued for money. the room is big enough for a family with one king side bed.
