This hotel is just wrong! Pretty sure it is a brothel as well! Dirty old guys with young, underaged Cambodian girls. It is located right in the red light district. Bathroom was discusting, no toiletries.... We didn't have a problem with much other than regretting we ever chose this place but all the other guests had major problems like getting locked out by 10:00 pm and having to get a room down the street, not getting their laundry back, ect. You could stay here but an STD might catch you!

Management was very cooperative when we had to change dates of our reservation, and also the room types I had reserved – despite being high season! The room was out to the back and generally very quiet (some loud music/karaoke some of the evenings - however, always stopped around 9 pm). Staff was quite helpful to organize reasonably priced tuktuk for a day trip outside PP (Phnom Tamao – great “zoo” if you care about seeing local animals), but otherwise offered only quite overpriced tuktuk rides with

Very nonchalante staff. All messed up and could't keep track of anything. Lots and lots of personell in the reception area, but they did nothing. One clipped their toe nails... Did not have the room ready on arrival time. Didn't clean room during the stay. Animals in the bathroom. The hostel was really ok in itself, but the attitude of the staff was not. Not at all.

The online reservation was pointless. I reserved a room with A/C, but they had none when I got there. They moved me to an A/C room the next day, but tried to charge me more than the rate I reserved it at. Finally, the 10% down payment paid during reservation was not credited to my bill.

staff wasn´t friendly at all and not willing to help. proposed tours are more expensive than elswhere. it was obvious that staff entered our room while we were outside, but definitely not for cleaning. By the way cleaness seems not taken very serious. The blanket did not really smell fresh.

Some of the staff were friendly, others wouldn't even work up a smile when you initiate. I don't think the guesthouse itself was so dirty, other than the fact that it was old and in poor condition which resulted in the look of uncleanliness. The location of the guesthouse was excellent, close proximity to all the sights and activities - most of which within walking distance. The wi-fi kept breaking down and for those of you not a fan of ants - just a heads up, there are ants.

Had to insist with staff on first morning that breakfast was included but after that all good and they were very friendly and great with the kids. Showers are cold in standard room but it was hot in PP it didn't matter. Great location to walk to river, old and central markets.

:Friendly & enthusiastic people in the lobby. We found that they charged more commission on trips & bus tickets than the other hostels were we stayed. (so we booked them elsewhere). However the location was great and the rooms as nice as expected. Breakfast was too limited for our hungry stomachs.

The room was ok for the money, but the staff tried to give us damaged dollar bills and to sell us tour tickets all the time.

Good value for the money, but they had a hard time keeping track of whether I had paid or not, and kept asking me to pay when I already had. And they would ask for receipts when they hadn't given me any. I didn't have to pay any extra money, but it was a little annoying.

Except the fact that we had to remain them the breakfast was free when booked via Hostelworld and ask them the towel/tooth brush/soap and to substract the deposit everything else was fine. We were lucky we had 1 of the 5 rooms with Hot shower, we paid 10USD/Night. Staff was helpful, had a good time here. Maybe not the best hotel, but for sure a good one !
