Don't stay therere, we thought that for a night nothing could be so bad but IT WAS.The staff was the unfriendliest staff that I have ever met, they didn't help us in nothing at all if we weren't interested in their own tours for getting a comission. They were very rude, at least the staff in the afternoon, .The room was a hell, stuffy, hot, smelly, and with hair on the walls of the bathroom, dirty all over the floor, and even a cigarrete butt in our room !!!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast is included, which is nice. But the room was to war due to no air conditionner but sophisticated key system (the most sophisticated thing in the room). The bathroom facilities was in a bad state but ok for one night.

The place was ok. They were a little pushy here in trying to get me to purchase all of my tickets through them. I was only here for one night and that was enough. The location is good. A 5 minute walk to the river. If in need for a cheap place for a night or two, then this place is good, otherwise I would say look elsewhere. The restaurant next store has cheaper prices. I would stay here again, but would look at other places first.

Picked me up from Airport directly, I am happy with that. Well, the place is in the center of the city, so it is in walking distance to the central market and etc.

Single room with fan on third floor was pretty warm and only somewhat clean, but for $8 including breakfast, it was okay. Staff was helpful but at times overly friendly/flirty. Good location near the river so for two nights it was adequate. Arranged a tuk tuk and bus ticket for me. If you're looking for a cheap place with a good location and don't mind a little dirt, King Guesthouse is not a bad option.
