The spacious living room has five single sofa beds to sleep on comfortably as well as a wide panoramic window boasting an incredible view! Sit around the coffee table to watch local channels on the flat screen t.v. while staying warm next to the fireplace.
The open style kitchen which is in the same area, has a stove, oven, fridge and all other cooking utensils needed for a well prepared meal. Plenty of cupboard space makes storing canned goods accessible. Once the food or take out is ready, sit around the dining table to enjoy.
We hate to brag, but with three bedrooms in this incredible apartment, you are guaranteed a good nights rest! Each of the bedrooms have a double bed each. The main bedroom has bedside tables and lamps for additional comfort. In this bedroom as well as the second one, there are windows providing street views which can be shut with the curtains for privacy reasons.
As a plus, this apartment has a Jacuzzi in one bathroom a with a double sink. In the other bathroom you will find a bathtub, a shower area, a sink and a toilet. There is also a lift and terrace. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check In - 50 euros
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected
