A bit outside the city center, but it is not a problem since it is right next to a Metro station. Be aware however that until April 2012 the metro will not run after 9 PM. But it is not a problem because of metro buses running quite frequently. Breakfast is a basket you get the first day with long-life croissant, toasted bread and juice, so it is not the most exciting experience, but it is OK.
