The staff was VERY helpful, sweet & kept the place clean! We love Danny! There is a problem with not having a staff member at the apartment when guests first arrive. The guests who are already settled in often have to let the new comers in, explain how to get a hold of staff, what they should do with luggage.. etc. Location is fantastic! The Metro is right there,quick access to every part of the city. There needs more detailed info on how to get to the building once arriving in kings square.
