Very disappointed - we were move to another location on the day we arrived which was definitely further away. We chose the hostel specifically because it was close to our conference venue. We had to walk for 20 minutes in the baking sun with all our luggage. No staff, 'breakfast' was just some cheap cereals. For the price the hostel was pretty good and the breakfast not much of an issue the lady letting us in was polite but the experience was awful overall.

The location is graet in the centrum of london, but the cleanliness was very poor. The beadclothes are dirty and we found a died head louse, so that we have to by a sleepimg bag to feel better. The staff shows us short the room give us the key and we payed directly and never seen the staff after that, a very short welcome.
