Great hostel, pool, kitchen, close to the beach, banks and shops. This is the only hostel in Saly and it is great. Love it.
This is the cheapest, cleanest and safest accommodation in Saly. Located right along the Saly main road with everything available around you, banks, restaurants, supermarket, the beach and not forgetting two swimming pools inside. I met some Japanese friends there, together we took trips to 'la reserve de bandia' and 'accrobaobab', it was a magic adventure!
You should call ahead to make sure they really have a kitchen available. Their website advertises it, but they gave us a room with no kitchen and we had to eat in expensive restaurants for a few days before they could move us! Other than that, the place is a steal. The location is great, pools a wonderful, and the staff is super nice.

La Vie en Rose The manager, Ben, is absolutely charming and very helpful and speaks very good English. The villa complex is located between the main road in Saly with all the shops, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, taxis, and the beach (5-minute walk). It is mostly inhabited by French tourists, mostly senior citizens. The villas themselves are quite beautiful and all individually styled in varying tones of pink - hence the title of this review. There are riots of pink bougainvillea everywhere.
