Best hostel I've ever been. Friendly and helpful staff, all facilities are clean all the time, the free breakfast is good, the hostel is well located and beautiful (decoration and nice paintings on the walls). They sell everything you may need at the reception (towels, shower gels, earplugs and more), and you have free lockers in your room, just think to bring a lock.

I was very well surprised about the good organization and kindless of the staff! It was my firs experience in a hostel and now I discovered a new way cheap and nice to travel ;-)

One of the best hostels I've stayed in, the staff was helpful and friendly from the moment I checked in. The rooms and common areas were incredibly clean, the toilet/shower area in the rooms was a little annoying since the water from the shower tended to make the entire floor wet by the toilet as well but honestly that's a super small detail in comparison to every thing else. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in my time in Galway!

Definitely get value for money here. The facilities are more like those of a hotel but here you get them with that friendly hostel feel. It has everything you could want for the price - clean rooms, bathrooms and showers, laundry, free wi-fi (including free printing) and a really decent breakfast. The best part of this hostel are the staff - very friendly and very knowledgable. This place is one of the best things about Galway!

Nice hostel but It kind of felt like a hotel so it wasn't the best place to meet people. The pubs in galway are so much fun though so if you want to meet people ask the nice people at the desk and they'll tell you where the good pubs are.

This is definitely the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. It actually feels more like a hotel than a hostel. The room was very clean but the bathrooms sometimes could have been better. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. It's just a few minutes walk from the main part of town and the bus station too.

one of the best hostels I ever stayed at, thanks so much, I really enjoyed myself. The staff is really friendly, the lounge is very comfortable and the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms very clean. I forgot my jacket and they found it and are so kind to send it to me. Thanks a lot

Amazing! Great central location without being right in the thick of the partying so you can get some sleep. The rooms are spotless, theres a great breakfast, really nice comfortable common area. The staff are ridiculously enthusiastic and helpful and eager to help you plan further travels. Would highly recommend!!

I've been to many hostels in this was one of the best I ever stayed in. Really clean, comfortable y with such a nice staff that you felt like staying there on your free time. They also helped us on the trips we planned outside galway and have a good internet connection. The only drawback may be the price, a bit higher than average for some rooms, but I believe it's worth the difference Definitely will come back if I'm around Galway again.

quiet at night in the sleeping area that was a bonus. loved the stickers to label the food. breakfast was great and the free apples on the tables too. i mentionned to the staff it would be better to reduce the pressure and increase the running time of the water in the ladies wash basins. on the down side at breakfast i noticed that some trays were not clean and many of the 'wiped' ones smelled bad.
