Could do with a lot of refurbishment. Room and bathroom were very dated.

Never stayingbhere again. I know its a hostel so you get what you pay for but it was not a good experience...there are definitely better options out there

I stayed for two nights with two kids. Everything was fine. Ensuide room was sadly sold out, bot the bathroom and showers were perfect clean. Breakfast was simple but good, and the kitchen is complete for self cooking. I will stay next time there again.

I was staying in a mixed dorm with 10 persons for two nights. In my opinion, the facilities in the room were very poor. There were no plugs so you had to charge your electronic devices either in the common room or in the hallway, which is very inconvenient. Furthermore, there were no lockers available in the room. Instead there was only one closet to share with other people and downstairs in the common room available lockers by payment. But the location of the hostel is really good.

Bit expensive but thats more due to short notice and it being a bank holiday weekend in Dublin. Unisex bathrooms, not a huge deal but its easier for everyone if they are seperate.

Staff was very helpful; recommended a different tour from the one I was planning which included the same stuff plus more.

Great location in the center of Dublin. Christ Church is practically next door and the Temple Bar area is a few minutes walk. The staff weren't horrible, but compared to the friendliness and helpfulness of other hostels we stayed at, I was generally unimpressed. Didn't ever try the hall toilets so I can't speak to they're cleanliness, but the set-up of the en suite toilet/shower in our room was slightly cringe inducing.

Really good location in Dublin, central, next to Temple Bar. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi everywhere, breakfast is self-service / continental but good enough. A bit too warm in the rooms though.

I stayed at kinlay about 10 years ago and it's as nice as I remembered. It's bustling yet friendly, and remarkably clean considering the amount of people coming through. A few small maintenance issues detracted from the experience: some showers require you to push the button every 5 seconds to keep stream going, and the door to our 10 bed dorm was horribly squeaky. his to two staff members and

Excellent location and clean overall; some of the staff less knowledgeable and willing to help than others, no hand soap provided in shared bathroom so be prepared with your own.

I felt safe (keycard used to enter room and hostel, receptionist check keycard before heading to our room). Great location too, just few second walk to Christ Church Cathedral and 10-15min walk to River Liffey. The little thing that Kinlay House can improve is the shower and the lights in it. The shower only last for

Hostel just e few meters from Temple Bar. Good to arrive the Guinness Brewery in a 15 minutes walk also. Very good Staff.

The water taps are weird and are more than unusual to the majority of the travellers, moreover, they're not convenient. Mixer taps are a way more practical! The common showers often have problems with providing hot water and in the majority of cases one has to balance between warm and cool water. It's very convenient to have a table in a room, but in some rooms there are no facilities to properly use our laptop or make some notes. Not all the windows work properly. Overall, worth the money!

Lot of noise, not the place to go for a good night sleep in the weekend.
