From Hakone-Yumoto station to Ashinoyu bus stop:
Hakone Tozan Bus or Izuhakone bus bound for Moto hakone.
(30min, 750yen) Get off at Ashinoyu bus stop. Walk down the lane across road for about 100 meters, and you will see the Hotel on your right.
