If touring with a car and want a place away from Edinburgh to stay, this could be for you. It was advertised as having laundry and kitchen facilities but no laundry exists and the kitchen is the staff kitchen so it wasn't catered for customers.The staff didn't know it was advertised for public use but they had no objections to sharing and explained where everything was and how to use the cooker. Bathroom was clean except for a few rusty bits and bedroom was a bit dusty but overall good.
