It was a short, but really nice stay. The atmosphere was great and it was easy to get into a group of people, because everyone seemed to be very open to meeting new people, even the longtermers. The nice veranda in the backyard is a good place to get everyone together! The staff was very funny and totally kind. Would love to come back.
This place is dirty and has a funky atmosphere. When the staff (I'm assuming are all WWOOFers) started cleaning you had to get out of the way because they wanted it done as soon as possible without attention to cleanliness. At one point a guy barged into our room with a vacuum without knocking then went back out, knocked, and came back in without us responding. We wanted another hostel but everywhere was full. A friend saw a mouse in the kitchen and we heard it scratching.
It was a very small hostel with showers and a very dirty toilet. The beds were awful, when you moved they we're so noisy that everyone was awake! You could easily fall out of the bed 1,5m deep. We saw a sign: left my ipod here to charge and now i'm missing it - didn't feel really safe! But the stuff was nice and every morning they offered free bread and jam that was great :)
Decent enough hostel. Rooms a bit small, with not quite enough toilets. Cosy and friendly though, and great freshly baked bread in the morning!
