Grateful for the lift to Ephasus and booking trips etc, but disappointed that the pool is not on the same premises. A bit misleading. Toilets were dirty and beds had bedbugs. Close to bus station, but hostel is in a block of flats was so noisy and our view was the neighbours washing. I was attacked by bedbugs here and the owner quite rudely said it was probably from the place I'd stayed at the previous night and that she hoped I hadn't brought them to her hostel. Also she claims the 10% deposit charged by hostel world doesn't actually count towards your final bill - says that hostelworld is a rort - and charges you the full amount.
