one of the best places iv stayed in. so so clean. really modern and very helpfull staff i had a problem with washing machine and the lady at reception was very helpfull. the onsite cafe is very nice and the food is good. the best place to stay in waitomo. really nice kitchen and tv room. its quiet but its a very small town so you would expect that. stay here if you want a good quality clean hostel
