Super nice and clean hotel, great staff, great location. A nice stay, and thanks for alarming the earthquake that early morning! :D

Excellent hotel for its price. Very clean, the rooms are renovated excactly as the pictures and the bed mattress is really good. The room has excellent view of central station. The location is also convinient as all trains, the buses from airports and green and yellow metro line go through central station. There is all time reseption until midnight, smilly people and enough knowlege of english language to ask information.

Nice clean modern facilities. It would be good if the rooms also had tea & coffee making facilities. Additionally, it would be great if the staff could offer sightseeing and places to visit assistance. Our poor command if Italian, and their poor command of English probably didn't help though. Also, your system of "holding" funds on credit cards, and the subsequent refund taking anywhere from 10 - 20 days, after the account has been settled, is unacceptable and needs to change.

Breakfast is at a cafe downstairs, but it was unexpectedly closed and there was no replacement provided. Other than that, the location is very central. The heating could not be controlled from the room, and it got very hot. We had to open the windows to cool down, but as it was the middle of winter we both got colds. Staff only speak italian, but with a bit of miming we communicated well enough. Bottled water provided.
