What really stands out about this place is the staff. Probably the friendliest most helpful staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. They'll give you all kinds of tips on places to go in Hanoi and answer all your questions, or just hang out and shoot the breeze with you. You can expect that there will always be a very warm friendly hello when you walk in the door. The facilities at Koto are pretty average. Value is good as it's pretty affordable. Free breakfast is decent

apart from a slight smokey smell in the room we had a good stay at both koto and their partner hotel bodega. the staff are very professional and helpful and helped us with a lot of the arrangements for the rest of our trip.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were great at calling a taxi when we needed one and couldn't have been more keen to help. We stayed in the double room on the ground floor which was OK and had everything we needed. Good value for money
