this is the second koalas hostel ive stayed in and neither have a system that includes bookings from hostelworld so both times they have booked me in as a new booking when i arrive. this is fine so long as you have your confirmation otherwise they charge you full price on top of the deposit paid to hostelworld. If they\'re fully booked be prepared to be turned away as your deposit clearly doesnt secure you a room if they have no recollection of your booking!
