Very poor management!Vachira Urapron(manager?) organised our transfer from Trang Airport to the Koh Sukorn Paradise Resort,transfer worked very smooth,as we arrived he told us that he is full,no beach front bungalow nor any other bungalow left.So what for did I pay over hostelworld a commission for nothing!In the end we shared a family bungalow with another couple,they also had reserved a beach front bungalow&didn't get one,they had to walk through our room to get to their room,no privacy, bad!!
