Excellent hostel, lovely staff. Wish we could have stayed longer but was fully booked. Showers have hot water, and toilets are very clean. Great location, pool nice but often filled with scuba divers training. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff member was unfriendly and didn't want to help us. blankets were just for money available and the hostel was not clean especially the bathrooms.

This is a lovely small hostel with a very friendly, helpful woman called Paluan on the front desk. She was so cheery when I arrived at the hostel, she immediately puts you at ease. She is also very good at just giving general advice about the island and where is good to eat and so on. I would stay here again.

Yes, it is very basic. BUT it is clean, it seems pretty safe, well located and it is the best you can get for 300B on the island.

Great location-near the beach anddiving schools. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really liked that there was a common refrigerator.

Nice little hostel, very well located. Met some cool people here. The only downside is that the place doesnt have a common room and the floors get a little dusty.

Well, I booked 2 nights 2 Pax. But the booking was then almost for 1 person for the first night an 2 person for the second night. Insted of helping us out- because they are already fully booked, this Guy at the reception was very rude and accept nothing. I had to pay a 100 Baht to get a shower. So, all the rest been cool. Met taff guys there and I ´ve got an excuse on the next morning of the owner from backpackers Hostel. She paid me the 100 Baht back and I checked in as well and joined the dorm

For the same price you can stay somewhere much better, and we did. Bathrooms and toilets ok but the rest of the hostel was dark and gloomy, no common area, no vibe. I guess it is ok if you want to party and just need a bed to pass out on.

This was a backpackers hostel, which was nice. A bit dirty, the beds are kind of plasticy, and the bathrooms leave something to be desired. However for the price and location on the island, it was quite nice.

Good location - close to the beach and all main bars and restaurants. 8 bed dorm was a little cramped and showers weren't very clean. If we were to go back to Koh Tao, we would find a private bungalow for a similar price.

A good no frills hostel. Right next to Davy Jones bar which is good for a couple drinks and food plus you get a discount if you show your key.

The location is amazing, the dorms are large enough and not too noisy, there is hot shower just read the sing to work it out! The toiled do smell, but there are other but many toilet smells around the island, even in more"luxurious" places, the girl at the reception in the morning wad absolutely amazing and helpful, all in all this property suits easygoing backpackers and solo travellers who are not doing a diving course!

short walk to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise for a good night sleep. the staff were extremely helpful and incredibly kind!

The staff here were not very friendly at all. when walking in do not be expected to be greeted with a hello. The dorms are very basic so don't stay here if you want some down time after the full moon party as you want want to be in your room. Location wise its great and just a short walk to the beach. The showers are pretty grimy and there is no toilet paper provided.

Good location in where everything is going on. People who stay in this hostel only wants to party.... if you want to sleep with drunk people in your room stay here. I would not stay here again!

I honestly don't know why this hostel has bad reviews. It was such a lovely hostel to stay in. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! I didn't find any problems with cleanliness (despite all the other reviews), though the bathrooms did smell a little bit though. The atmosphere of this hostel was good, other travellers were very friendly and social. There was no noise distrubances throughout the evening.

Everything was really dirty, the staff was not very nice. For the same money you pay for a dorm you can stay in a private bungalow. The bathrooms smelled terrible. I dont recommend this hostel at all.
