The location and facilities are great and the staff are excellent. The atmosphere could be good but I was out most of the time so I was only really sleeping in the place.

Marin was very helpfu, explained the map , where to eat and places of interest. He showed where we could buy the local PAG cheese. He helped us call GetByBus staff that we wanted to rebook our bus tickets. , Marin helped me and showed where to buy eyeglasses with discount But most of all Kolega guesthouse us very clean, the room, bathroom ,kitchen . He allowed us to cook the lamb we bought from the market. We enjoyed our stay at Kolega and would highly recommed to our fiends.

Kolega was great: such a good location in the old town. Marin was great too - told us everything we needed to know. We felt safe and at home.

Our host was very friendly. She gave great advice about nearby beaches and was available to answer any questions. The rooms felt very secure and everything was clean.

The hostel is located in a residential building on the second floor. If you are travelling with heavy suitcases it might not be right for you. No AC and internet slow. However, real value for your money!

The communal area was really nice and very Spacious. The facilities were excellent, couldn't have asked for anything more. There was a computer and printer. Well stocked kitchen. Extremely clean. The hosts were friendly and pleasant and the other guests were nice. As students we are used to travelling in very cheap places that aren't so nice but the rooms were exactly how they looked in the pictures (our double room didn't have a sofa but a table and chair instead). Would recommend highly!

Kolega Guesthouse isfor sure a nice place to be in Zadar. You stay very central but in a quiet street. Near many atractions of this Town. I was in a double room sharing a clean bathroom. You have access to free wifi. The kitchen is very well equipped. The Owner is very friendly and helpfull. He gives me a lot of good tips. Inclusiv where I could park my car, outside the old town, for free. (15 Minutes walking from Guesthouse) For sure a place where where I would stay again.

If you are in Zadar, Kolega Guesthouse is the place to stay. In the center of the old town, few walking minutes to the main sightseeing places, with great owners (greetings to Marijana and Marin) that were super helpful and great facilities. Nothing more you need. Just enjoy the sea, sun and the food. :) Will definitely come back.

Was staying there for 3nights and really enjoyed. Excellent location, just few steps from main touristic atractions of the city. We were dining out, but breakf we were having in our place which was very handy, we did shopping in nearest supermarket....really cheap:) On the last day we could use our room until 2pm as the next guest were arraving pretty late. I woul definitely recommend this place:)

The perfect combination between a hostel and couchsurfing! Marin, a super friendly, calm and open host, offers you the floor of an appartment: 3 rooms who share a common room (kitchen, living space) and a bathroom. Everything you need is there, and everything else is outside the doorstep in the citycenter of Zadar. Loved the place, loved the friendly and warm welcome, loved Zadar, its surroundings, everything! ps) super quiet at night!

Maria was a great host!! She is very kind, helpful, & always available when we needed her. Our room was very spacious, very clean, & we had a comfortable night's sleep. The location is wonderful. We could be at the sea organ in 2 minutes, there was a night club nearby, & we were right next to the main pedestrian street. I would highly recommend Kolega Guesthouse for your stay in Zadar!
