VERY close to the forum and St. Donat's church - right where you want to be. Walkable to anywhere in Zadar. Close to the sea organ as well. Wifi is strong, place is incredibly clean, and I'd be surprised if you could find a better shower anywhere on hostelworld. Marin lives upstairs and owns the place - he is in and out and very helpful with things to do and see. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Zadar!

Good location. Modern and clean apartment. Free use of Internet. We had booked 2 double rooms and were told we had the apartment to ourselves, as the third room was empty. We were surprised to find that the owner kept letting himself into the apartment without any warning. He kept coming in and tidying up after us and he did his laundry in the apartment at midnight, which we found odd and rather annoying.

Great location and set up - a top floor apartment, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom (so you could be sharing with 6 people but wasn't a problem during our stay) and a kitchen/living room. Free wifi and computer to use. Spotlessly clean throughout and fairly recently refurbished. Marin is a great host!

A lovely guesthouse in a quiet location just a few streets away from the centre of the old town. Marin, the owner was very helpful with local information and helping with our queries about islands to visit and transport. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone staying in Zadar.

Great little apartment! You can rent just one of the 3 rooms or the whole thing out. Wonderful owner and location! Only down fall I can think of is the apartment is at the top of the building and the stairway leading up smells horrible! Yuck! Overall though, I would absolutely stay again!

Great place, very clean and good location. We had to call to advise we were there and had to wait 1 hour to check in, so I recommend calling in advance to arrange an arrival time. Would stay here again.

Great location. Everything is clearly labeled. Free wifi and the connection is very stable. The apartment is clean. The host is very friendly too. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Zadar next time.

We loved staying in the old town, very close to ferries, busses, restaurants and interesting sites. The guesthouse is comfortable, clean and well-managed. Our room had A/C, luckily!

Loved our stay here. The compact but comfortable apartment with a shared kitchen and seating area was such a nice surprise after our long journey to Zadar. Our room was spacious, with air con, and lots of storage space. Ideally situated in the small Old Town, but very quiet at night, and incredibly easy to find having entered through the city walls. Kitchen facilities were good too. Our host seemed friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is an apartment, with the three rooms rented out so not a hostel as such. Saying that - it was fantastically clean - with a computer/internet, stereo in each room, ipod doc, full fitted kitchen that looked brand new! Not great if you want a sociable experience but 100% perfect if you want a clean and quiet place. Brilliant location too. Can't fault this place.

A really excellent place to stay that is great value for money. Great swimming location just around the corner, nearby supermarkets and bus from airport stops just around the corner. Lovely wooden-furniture feel to the place. Excellent kitchen facilities and provision of working computer. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing! You tend to think it's gonna be bad due to its kinda shubby façade, but in the inside you get to see how wonderful, modern and well-equipped it is!
