Great hostel in a really great spot. Yes, there\'s a bit of a walk up the hill from town, but it\'s no problem and the awesome view is more than worth it! Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and great breakfasts (paying a few Soles extra for bacon and eggs is well worth it). The owners dogs were a little annoying when they decided to howl early in the morning on a few occasions and the showers were far from the best, but overall a great stay in Mancora.

nice place......very clean......very good value..... but you have to do a crazy hike up a hill to get there (really annoying after a few days and when you're drunk)....... and if you don't have mosquito repellent you will die..... the exchange rate they give is horrible for when you pay your bill in soles after you booked in american dollars

OK This place is nice dont get me wrong.. The Breakfast is very average. Security - At 3am in the morning when we just got home (We were in a private room with shared toilets - My Fiance went to the toilet after his return too the room he Sore a peruvian looking through my bedroom window wanking off! Not so safe... The chased him and bottled him Rooms - Bed in the private room was SO uncomfortable its almost unbearable.. We got upgraded due to the rain leaking in our room - that bed was better

Eventhough you have to climb a little to reach the Hostel, the view from the top is just amazing, it worths to walk a little to enjoy such a nice landscape

My fiance and I came to stay for a few nights here, and we loved the great views of Mancora and the beach, as well as the bungalow atmosphere and full-service breakfast. We had a private room with a shared bath, and had plenty of privacy. The downside is that the hostel sits on top of a big hill, and the only access is on foot via a slightly scary dirt path. The other downside was the noise- you can hear all the party music from the town below (every night!) because it echoes up to the hostel.
