Paul & Shirley welcome you to The Koo Karoo Guest Lodge & Self Catering Unit. The Guest Lodge is 110 years old in a true Cape Dutch style with high ceilings and Oregon pine floors which offer spacious en-suite rooms, each with private entrance. A charming self catering unit for 4 people is located in the east wing of the main house.
Bed and Breakfast
Each of the three rooms is equipped with tea/coffee facilities, heaters, and fans. The secluded garden offers braai/bbq area and sparkling pool. Breakfast is personally served by your hosts in the dining area or on the terrace underneath the grapevine, overlooking the garden. Cereals, yogurts, fruit juices, fresh fruit, along with toast and preserves are offered to start off the day!
Information About the Unit
One ensuite bedroom with a double and separate single bed, bath, separate shower, and toilet, is ideal for couples or smaller groups. The Unit can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed situated in the lounge area, and the bathroom has a separate entrance independent from the bedroom.
Facilities Offered in the self catering unit:
• Linen and towels are provided, along with tissues and shower gel for guests to use.
• The kitchen has a cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and all crockery is supplied. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is supplied for guests convenience.
• The spacious lounge area has SABC TV.
• The Unit has AA Highly Recommended status.
Additional Facilities On Site:
• Covered braai/bbq facilities are available in the garden area.
• WiFi connection available for additional small fee
• Ample Gated Off street parking
