The hostel looks like all other houses on the block - which means it's a very simple and with some improvised materials - that's the 'character' of the place. And it is what I most liked: a family takes care of the hostel and they treated me like family too! Important to say it's one of the most clean hostels I've been.

This is a GREAT hostel!! Amazing value for money, cheapest camping equipment to rent in Puerto Natales, day tours and great advice on offer, and friendly helpful staff. Very clean warm and cozy hostel with a great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.

This place is great. They have the cheapest goods to rent, great quality, and the two people who run the hostel have worked as rangers in Torres del Paine for 7ish years before moving to Puerto Natales. The kitchen is fully stocked which is rare in these parts- it even has extra coffee, chocolate, pasta, etc left over from people who leave it. The locsation is super close to the bus station. Plus you can leave your extra stuff there while you're in Torres del Paine for free. BUENA ONDA!!!!!!!!

This place is a fixer-upper. Seems as though someone built it without knowing anything about construction. Floors creak big time, wifi was good but there is no heating, or it didn't work when we were there. Kitchen was nice and owner was really friendly
