there are bed bugs, ive been biten a lot after one nigt, owners should check it out and make good cleaning

Dirty : I found bedbugs in my bed, had to leave the room and search for another hostel. Otherwise the staff is friendly, the location is perfect.

Familiar atmosphere and free cereals for breakfast - I would always come back! :)

As a past assistant manager of a small rustic resort I know that you offer everything excellent for the price but I would add that over time it is possible to improve everything if a little time per day is spent on things nobody wants to do, or things that you don not think need to be done. :) Make sure you use demetrius powder under the bedsheets when you change them. More money comes in eventually and you can buy more hostels.

The hostel is in a good position; 200 m from the hold town (main square). For this it's very good. The pity is that is not well signaled. It's quite hard to find it out. The staff it's good and available. There is not a true kitchen and if you want to wash your stuff (cups and so on) you have to go to the bathroom. :/

Good location! Just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff was relaxed and helped us with visiting Auswitch

Very well located 2 minutes away from the main market square in Krakow, 10 minute walk from the main bus//train station. Quite noisy in the morning due to it's central location. Simple breakfast cereals provided.

This hostel is very well located, very close to the city centre and main square and within walking distance of Wawel Castle and only a 15 minute maximum walk to the main train station! The bathrooms were difficult although the idea of having he shower and toilet together in the same room is in theory good, when there is only one toilet and shower it means waiting about until free... they weren't the cleanest either! However, for the price of the hostel I wouldn't really complain!

The staff was really helpful! Though the time I arrived was already over twelve in the midnight, she was still willing to share all the infos and nice restaurants, foods in Krakow. Very warm place, nice staff and absolutely perfect location, recommend to all.

Although cleanliness and room equipment is not astonishing, if you want to spend a night in a lively heart of Cracow, then Krakow Backpackers Hotel is a great pick. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the location is just fantastic.

no comments..this is my comment....I have no words to describe my disapointment.NEVER AGAIN........

2 toilet bowls (NOT TWO WASHROOMS )for the whole hostel.smelly rooms. wore linens. non noise proof bedroom doors that absorbs all sound from.common roon. so called kitchen without stove. WORST HOSTEL EVER.

Good price,good position anything else!

Fantastic location and incredibly clues to the main square. I was able to have a private room which was perfect for a female traveling solo.

The place seems to be a little rundown - the porch is a bit thrashy, the walls are no longer clean, some bulbs have not been replaced and the staff don't seem to care about the poor light (eg. in the kitchen area); the toys attached to the room keys are really dirty by now. If you don't mind all this and it's ok for you to have just milk and flakes for free breakfast - it's a cheap place in a really good area.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. The hostel is close to simply everywhere. In addition, people there are really helpful. They even provided me some warm clothes as I wasn't well prepared for a cold day in Krakow. That's really far beyond satisfaction.
