Stayed in here over the summer, it is great if you want to get away from the 'hostel world' as it is really a hotel. The room itself was big, with a fridge, cooker and private bathroom with shower. The location itself is around the corner from the main square in Krakow and a 2 min walk to the main reception of the sister hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff on the reception were helpful and friendly in recommending trips and places to go. Plus it had an amazing breakfast!
Ok if you are travelling and are sick of hostels and just want a private room for the night. It is ok priced and really central. The breakfast is pretty good
Pros: excellent location!, spacious (I was given twin room - ordered single), heating switched on when I arrived late night, helpful housemaid lady Cons: shower blocked by hair & grim (cleaned next morning), uncomfortable pillows (had to use blanket instead), average decor (odd mix of old & new, cutlery pieces were all from different sets), poor cleaning (oily stains on the kitchen walls, kitchen sink drain with residue). Good for 2 nights but wouldn't stay longer for the price.
