Staff were approachable, eager to please, friendly and smiley!Menu choice was more or less the same each night with little variation on the two choices available. It was Ramadan, so this may have affected the availability of food? The food was cooked but not to a great standard. We'd have to rate the food as poor. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Incredible views of the mountains. Would strongely advise any who is looking for a relaxing rural retreat. Only down side is the cost of getting there from Marrakesh. I had an amazing time at this place! Mohamed gave us a very warm welcome and helped us in everything we needed! The location is beautiful, perfect for relaxing!!! Wow! What can I say? This is the best hotel experience we had ever had - elegant, totally beautiful scenery, a great fresh water swimming pool, fantastic staff, good food at breakfast and in the evening, lovely guests, utterly gorgeous garden and great trips and walks into the local area. The staff make it the best. They are local people and they know the vicinity. The service is so good it can make you feel uncomfortable at first if you are used to back-packing and being left alone.
