Funny or not but we spent that night at another place: directly after arrival without any clear explanation we where redirected to a nearby hotel on the same street. Sadly but we do not speak german and the lady from hotel could speak german only. The question is why to advertise your self on international websites if your staff do not speak english at all?

It is a very nice hotel for this price at a very nice place. If you go there, you probably are by car and you probably like nature. Staff is like German, I am not keen on kindness. They are correct. The only problem is parking f your car if they are fully booked. You can stop and check in and take your luggage in the room, but after that I have chosen a parking in the centre. The places available were questionable or difficult.

for some reason hostel world will give an incomplete address on the booking email, the correct address is Bernsteinweg 3 76332 Bad Herrenalb, Germany, the location is actually very good, in a village in the middle of the black forest, the spa is just walking distance.
