It is very surprising to hear a such a comment from this customer as he was very satisfied with our holiday home during his stay and even at the time of departure. However he is the only guest who did not contact us before coming and found his way by him self, perhaps he has been taken on a ride by the taxi person whom he came with as he did not mention anything about it. We have given clear directions to get our home and also attached a map on our website, it is very confusing why he is referring that out holiday home is not anywhere near the map ? which map is he referring ? It is clear that he has been unhappy with some thing during his trip and taken the opportunity to take it out on us. As he states that its an example of dishonest Sri Lankan hospitality. At our holiday home we have nothing to be dishonest as we deliver what we promise at a reasonable cost. This could be supported by the customer comments we have got throughout the years. We have taken many of our customers comments and suggestions in to consideration and have conterminously done improvements so that we provide the best possible accommodation to our guest.
