Great place to stay for a different type of experience from a hotel, but could be improved. Pros: - Lovely location in Kurashiki next to a canal, old style village and shrine - 5-10 min walk to Kurashiki station - Great to meet other travellers - Friendly staff who know a bit of English - Overall good vibe Cons: - Only one bathroom with no lock, quite basic, shower queue and times - No security for your belongings - You have to move your luggage every day - You can hear everything
