Shabby and old hotel, wanna-be austrian style, set in a lonely modern village with nothing to see. The staff is quite rude (for example, when I pointed out that the bathroom of the room we had just entered was dirty they answered \"use the onsen\" and , and when I asked for my futon to be prepared I got a \"why do you want to sleep now?\"). The common room is dusty, with no light and always closed, plus I found bugs int he rotemburo/onsen area.   Read Owner Comments
