The hostess is very friendly and the hostel really feels like home. The only little problem is the missing air-conditioning, but during our stay the temperature was more than bearable with open windows.

Initially a warm welcome from the owner, although she was then only seen once more in the stay, leaving a grandmother who spoke literally no English to deal with guests. The room was not cleaned once in the five days, not even to empty the bins. The kitchen was completely inadequate and unsafe as the cooker exploded with sparks, blowing the elecrics. The rooms were unbearably hot. Cheap but certainly not value for money. Unlike anywhere else we have stayed in Bulgaria we do not recommend.
