There were 2good things: WIFI and staff. There were many points that should be improved: we slept in a kind of sofa in the living room not big enough for 2people.It was a complete mess and we had to wait for 1hour for an English speaking person to give us some explanations.The shower got cold too fast and the towels were very small. It was noisy in the morning because of the landlady's shouts.No space at all in the wardrobe as it was full with the family's clothes.Too expensive for that service
