The room was clean but there was some hair on the wall from previous customers and our other white towel had a suspicious brown stain on it. The location was great, near a stop from line 6.

I liked the sign in the bathroom stating that we could help the environment by reusing our towels. To do so, all we needed to do according to the sign was not drop them on the floor. Unfortunately, the hotel replaced them every day anyway. That was a real pity, I thought.

Hotel located outside traditional tourist areas, but has excellent Metro connections. The hotel is located in a residencial area that offers many cafe choices, at variety of price points. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and nice "full breakfast" is offered for 9 Euros. The hotel staff is helpful. This hotel offers good value.

The staff are quite friendly and it's located quite close to Metro Lines 5-8. Some nice cafés within walking distance.

I had heard that hotel rooms in Paris were tiny, so I was preparing myself for tiny. It. Was. Tiny for two people. And no air conditioning during a super hot week was a little tough. But overall it was clean, easy to access where we wanted to go by metro. Fine for a few days.

Really nice hotel, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. And if you book the room without breakfast, they leave in the bedroom an electric water boiler and coffe and tea.

Air conditioning in summer season would be nice ;)

This is exactly what it purports to be--a no-fringes, straight and simple inexpensive hotel in Paris. It's clean, it provides what you need...overall, can't complain. The staff was okay but not uber-friendly. If you like bubble tea, the hotel is right down the street from a bubble tea shop, which is a plus. They make good sandwiches, too! It's also about a five-ten minute walk to the nearest metro, not bad.

Staying at Kyriad was great. Over the course of 6 days, my girlfriend and I stayed in a few different places, and this was by far the best one. It was clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. There was a blinking lamp in our room, but they prompted fixed it the next day. I'd say this place is definitely a good value for the price.

Very nice surrounding with lots of restaurants of all kinds, cafes and bars, very close to the vibrant Latin Quarter. Metro just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay at the Kyriad.

The hotel is not in the city centre but just 2 mins walk from the metro station, which is very convenient. Our room is not big but ok! Providing tea/ coffee facility which were not expected! The cleaniness is alright but can be improved ~ I found some hairs in the bathroom...oops! The day time receptionist is very nice, speak good english and give recommendations about where to go, e.g. to join the amazing boat tour! Recommaded to everyone! (The Japanese restaurant next door is very nice!)

Very good location with tree metro lines around it. A lot of Restaurants near and a supermarket too. I recommend it ..

location is not amazing but the metro system is excellent. a few rooms have balconies and are a nice extra. good value for money in paris

Average good, I'll recommend it to anyone

The hotel is about a 5-min walk to the metro, and it's on the same line as the Eiffel tower. There are bakeries, restaurants, and cafes all around the hotel. Many of the rooms have small balconies. The only caveats would be that the walls are fairly thin and you can hear much around you and on one of our days they started cleaning at about 0930, which we thought was pretty early to be vacuuming. All and all, it was a really nice place and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice and very very clean hotel, nice room for a very good price. The room was a bit small, but didn t really matter after all you don t go to paris to stay in your hotelroom:) Breakfast costs 8 Euro/person but there are bakeries and a supermarket just near the hotel. Hotel is a bit far from the major attractions but metro place d°Italie is very close, all major attractions are easily reachable by metro. Would recommend this hotel to people looking for a nice CLEAN and quiet room.

Lovely reception staff. Went out of their way to be helpful. 2 very pleasant stays.

Very helpful staff!!

Good value, safe clean place to stay, basically a hotel, provide clean towels, TV and breakfast for 8 euros. Close to the subway, outside of the busy tourist area but close enough.

a hotel at hostel prices - nothing fancy, but close to the metro. Towels, safes and free tea and coffee; there\'s a supermarket, a couple of restaurants and a pastry shop nearby. Our room had a nice balcony as well
