Aircon was difficult to use, no instructions were available in the room. It felt like an oven. There were only two pillows, and they were uncomfortable. Bed was very hard. The room was fairly noisy as there was a family staying next door. You could hear EVERYTHING they were doing. The room was hard to find, not very big signage on the road, and we got lost., and we even had a TomTom GPS navigation in the car.
