when we arrived our contact personwas not there, he had some other arrivals on different spots in Paris. But no problem, he gave us the code by phone. room is very small but cosy. Street is lovely and it is a 5 minute walk to the metro station. I have only one complain, I booked the room with a parking spot included. Daniel told us there would be plenty of parking spots around the streets in Paris. That was not true. We had to park the car at the metro station and we had extra costs for 70 euro.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and located by à quiet street. Very close to bastille and only à short walk to notre dame. Lots of nice bars and resturants nearby.

The hotel was adorable and was in an accessible location. Our only complaints are the lack of WiFi/internet and the broken shower head. Otherwise, it was well worth our money for a weekend in Paris!

A beautiful and unusual hostel in a great location. The cooking facilities were a great bonus and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I've really enjoyed the place: cosy and quiet, yet in the middle of Paris! The only thing I've missed was the internet: a wi-fi connection would turn this place ideal!

The hostel was just as excellent as we had read from the previous reviews: clean, cute and cozy room with enough space and facilities for a couple to enjoy a lovely weekend in Paris. Although the owner did not answer to our emails he answered his phone and spoke good English. Therefore I would recommend to call him in order to arrange your arrival time. The location was within walking distance from some of the attractions. It was easy to access by metro or RER trains. A hidden gem.

Everything has been ok, but it could be wrong. I´ve informed that my arrival at hotel would be at 5 pm. In this time, my husband and I were there but our contact not and we didn´t get to talk to him by the phone. So I´ve left my husband in front of the hotel and I looked for another hotel. Fortunately, a neighbor has seen my husband and has helped him to phone to Alexander Daniel that informed the code to entry the hotel. Later, he has appeared telling that he thought our arrival was 7 pm.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five days. The location is great-close to 3 different subway lines. The place is more like your own flat you get to rent out in the middle of.Paris, its absolutely beautiful! We made our own breakfast in the kitchenette. The bathroom facilities were clean and nice. The management is really nice and cooperative! After a mistake of overbooking, we were refunded our money and he brought us croissants! Would recommend this place to a couple, or friends!

It was a wonderful stay, the hotel was lovely and the location was the best! Within five minutes you were at two(!) Metro stations, and though very small the room was cute and practical. The Kitchenette was alright, the only thing that would make it perfect would be a little oven or at least a toaster and a sharp knife. And the big cooking pot had a strange smell you couldn´t wash off. We loved it there and would like to stay there again!

Lovely set of appartements on a beautiful quiet street, really close to Gare de Lyon and a short walk from Latin Quarter/Notre Dame. This was our second stay here and probably not our last!

Very hard to get into, apartements rather than a hotel.

This is the ideal small room for a couples weekend stay in Paris! Had everything we needed, and we saved a lot of money being able to cook meals right in the room with a stove-top, small fridge, and basic pots, pans and silverware. Daniel, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating our last day by letting us leave our luggage for the day before our evening train. Ideal location 3 minute walk from Gare de Lyon on a charming, quiet, pedestrian-only street. Nothing negative to say whatsoever!

We had a really wonderful stay, despite the bitterly cold weather! The apartments were incredibly cosy, and it was nice to have a small kitchen space to store the cheese, bread and wine we bought. The street the apartment is on is beautiful and incredibly quiet (since cars can't drive down it). The owner was really kind and let us store bags in an empty room on the day we checked out.

Small House in a beautiful little street located only 2 minutes from Seine. The atmosphere is wonderful. There's no reception so be prepared to tell the manager when you arrive.

L'Hotel Particulier was clean, quiet, and wonderful. It's on a quiet street (no car traffic allowed) in a convenient location to Gare de Lyon. Daniel met us and spoke very good English--very helpful. The room is small but worked for these two 6 foot tall adults with plenty of closet space to store our luggage as well! There was a small sink and refrigerator in the room as well, equipped with glasses, plates, and flatware which was great for eating breakfast we picked up from around the corner.
