We loved our time here! Laura was incredibly helpful and it was in the perfect location for what we wanted. Right near a metro station and Vatican City. Would definitely recommend.

Location was fantastic; only about a 5-10 minute walk to St. Peter's square. Everything was great. It was very clean. A tiny breakfast of croissant and drink were provided, and on Sunday a large spread of food was available. Only slight complaint was the lack of staff- I only saw one staff member, one time at check-in. Thus, we didn't know how to check out. Also, it was Italy's hottest summer on record and there was no air conditioning (99F or 37C!). We would definitely come back again though!

This place was incredible value for money,it is in lovely quiet area and is literally 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and Ottaviano Metro. Laura is a brilliant host, very kind and helps you with advice on where to go. I can't find a single fault with this place,if you want a great location to stay with friendly staff and excellent facilities this is it. Thanks for everything Laura!

We stayed for a night on our 2 day trip in Rome. Silvia was very friendly and helped to map out our to-do activities. The room was quiet (double laminated window) although it's located in a busy street. The only disappointment for us was that since it was fairly hot around our visit the room didn't have any Fan or AC. We ended up opening the window - it was quite noisy early morning, thanks to the municipal cleaning staff. Clean common areas, good breakfast options and excellent location!
