Great location but evident lack of care by management of facilities & staff. No warm welcome. Hygiene poor in toilets, bathroom & pool treatment. Rusty nails sticking out of pool decking. Breakfast area infested with wasps – soggy cling film rather than plastic dome covers over fruit. Room doors left unlocked and unattended by cleaners. Dolphin/snorkelling/picnic trips offered for $400 for 5 people, obtained elsewhere for $180. Menu/food very average & drinks pricey. No interest in comments/feedback ev
