very clean, really nice rooms (beautiful view from balcony :) and very quiet!), nice kitchen (just missed a bottle-opener!!), a little bit too anonymos for my taste. we just met the owner for the check-in and never again (not even for the check-out). but that was not a problem because he left his phone number, just a little weird. but in general recommendable if you want a calm holiday.
