The hostel is fantastic and has good facilities. The staff are fantastic and the food delicious. Compared to other hostels we've stayed in the atmosphere wasn't great. If you're looking to stay in a party hostel then you might want to choose somewhere else.

Do not stay here 1 Check in took over an hour with zero organization 2 We arrived after checkout and had to wait another hour for our room 3 The showers would stop mid shower and the water smelt terrible 4 The staff was extremely rude (even when we spoke Spanish to them) 5 It took 2 hours to rent a towel 6 The outlets in the room were broken and they said we would have to pay to charge our phones in office. The most disappointing was the atmosphere. not positive at all. STAY AT INTRO.

Loki is everything people say it is. In terms of atmosphere it is definitely one of the top of Cuzco. The facilities are adequate and generally good. I lucked out with one of the rooms away from the party scene because it gets a bit noisy. I can not speak for other stuff because I left early but there is tea available which is nice. It is very safe and they provide plenty of storage. The only caveat is the location that is not by Plaza de armas and up a hill making it a bit harder to get to.

I wouldn't come back to any Loki hostel. I had to wait more than one hour just to be attended by the staff, just to figure out that they lost my reservation (they were overbooked) and they relocated me on a half finished room. Wifi doesn't work on the hostel, only on the bar (which is abusively expensive). Bathrooms are dirty most of the time. Again, I would never come to any Loki hostel. There are other hostels in Cuzco with better installations, atmosphere and staff for less price.

The hostel is at the top of a hill so a bit of a trek but no big deal really. We have a private room which was lovely, complimentary towels, shampoo sachets, fruit and even hot water bottles! Would recommend

Party hostel, if you are inyo sleeping earlier than 3 am dont come here, plenty of other hostels to go to with shorter-than-40-minutes check-in. If you are into partying, this is the place.

I loved staying at Loki. The bar has the best atmosphere to make friends, the rooms are very clear, the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Even though it is not exactly at the core of the historial centre, it totally pays off staying there. I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome Hostel!! Comfy beds, Hot Water..the barstaff particulary Killian were fantastic, made sure everyone was included and had a great time!!

Very fun, nice location, i know its part of the fun, but bit pushy with the drinks, ended up with some mighty hangovers due to blood bombs. they are poison!

Decent hostel, just too far away from the plaza and the hill is a killer

Fun hostel with party atmosphere, located a bit away from the center up a steep hill/long flight of stairs

A party hostel, but still provides a clean and restful stay

Stayed here for one night in a private room. Facilities in the room were adequate and the room was lovely and clean. However, the room I was given was RIGHT next to the bar/ common area. Therefore there was loud music blasting most of the night - although this is the case I just put earplugs in and was good. I loved the arm band system and the bar had great food. If you're after a fun hostel to have a few drinks and meet people (but not get much sleep) this is your place.

The hostel is good value for money and the dorms are comfortable. However, it's located at the top of a steep hill about a 10-minute walk away from the centre. Also it's very cold throughout the hostel. Wifi only works in the bar area. The showers were always cold.

Although the center of town is not too far away, you have to walk uphill to get to the hostel, which after a long night or a hike at Machu picchu is brutal. most other hostels are in the center of town which is much more convenient. Also, there's no wifi anywhere except the bar, which is really inconvenient. Lack of chill couches and hang out facilities other than the bar.

The Hostel was really nice. The building itself was nice with some grass court yards inside. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was decent. The hostel bar was really cool, it had a good atmosphere with nice staff. The food in the bar was lovely and the prices were reasonable.
