This was my 1st time using you website...I booked the hostel and received a confirmation e mail from hostel world. I arrived at the hostel the day of my reservation only to be greated my a shady rude man running it. He told me he had no reservations for me and that his internet was down so he never recieved your e mail. He was fully booked and we could not stay there or get my deposit back. As a result we had to walk around town for 2 hours looking for a bed as everything was fully booked.

booked 4 days in advance and when i arrived he told me there were no room available! unacceptable!
