Very well located and easy to meet people. The breakfast is really good and the staff is helpfull, although they should speak better english. They have air con at night, wich is really necessary, and wi fi worked great. I didnt like that after 2am you cant get in because they close the gate.
Stayed here for a total of two nights. Breakfast is nice and rainfall showers were a nice touch. Beds are rock hard (seems to be the norm in Laos) and because the frames/lockers under the bed are metal, super noisy when you shift around. AC is not turned on until late evening, and because all windows are left open during the day, mosquitoes will set up camp in your room. I'd stay here again, but only because there aren't many decent hostels in Luang Prabang.
Narrow, aircon, hard lao standard matrace rooms. Apart from a cockroach in the locker everything was clean. Unfortunatly the gate will be locked at 12 and you have to climb it :(
Good location near the river and only a short distance to the town and market. Not much of an atmosphere especially as the common area is closed down quite early. Bit annoying that you can't get back into the hostel after 2am without waking up the guards - some kind of key system would be better!
Really nice showers and close to the night market!
good hostel, good location with nice facilities for a cheap price.
LPQ was in a good location, easy walking distance to almost everything in Luang Prabang. The 2 am curfew was a bit of a buzz kill but considering the city curfew is 1130 it wasn't too bad. Only major complaint was the early morning noise, impossible to sleep in at all.
Very good showers! The beds are quite hard and it's noisy because of the lockers under the beds. The common area is nice because the pool table. There is a good free breakfast. The location is perfect, nearby the centre/ nightmarket and all the other facilities! Overall een good place to stay when you visit luang prabang! :)

Great location and excellent showers. Good value for money with free breakfast. Staff are mostly disinterested and its annoying getting locked out at 2am. But overall a good place to stay.
Friendly and professional staff. A guard at night time. Great common area. Close to everything. Very clean. Good wifi
Very clean! close to the night market and the river. Incl. Breakfast was good.
near nightmarkets, rivers, restaurants, atms, money changers, attractions. the beds are hard, lockers under your bed, kinda noisy especially if you got the lower bed. good breakfast and staffs but i hate the curfew thingy, after 10pm you'll be treated like a kid at the school hostel! they even switched off the lights at the hallways
beds are really hard but its good that everyone has his own light, plug and locker. They lock the gate at 2 am, if you arrive later they will charge you. Showers are really good though
This was a clean and friendly hostel with a nice relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly although they didn't have a great command of English. Nice big lockers under the beds but no locks on the bedroom doors. It's close to the nightmarket and about 10 minutes walk to the end of the peninsula, so not that central but easily walkable. On the whole I would thoroughly recommend this hostel.
A hostel I would advise to stay in. Like mentioned before: the metal lockers are way too loud. During the night our fan fell from the ceiling. Very dangerous! Not sure they will fix it correctly, but instead more Asian style.
Great location, walking distance to the hub of Luang Prabang. Eight bed female dorm quite small, especially if all beds are occupied. But good beds with large under bed lockers. Breakfast included. Tea/coffee and an egg with French loaf. Staff are nice. There's a pool table in the entrance courtyard and some tables and chairs to talk to other travellers. 3 toilets and 3 showers for all guests. Generally quite clean but could be spruced up a bit and smell fresher!
Decent beds and rooms, though the metal lockers are noisy. Good breakfast, great location, nice movie room; Almost nothing bad about it. The air-con in our room never turned on, but it wasn't too big a deal.
The hostel was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't great and the door was locked at 2am so if you wanted in after this you were charged and if you wanted to see sunrise you had to wake security to get out.

Hostel was OK at best. The lockers are under the beds which are all metal so quite noisy. The dorm rooms don't lock so anyone could walk in off the street which we didn't like. The dorm room we had smelt of the drains which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom had no hand soap to wash your hands properly. They did seave breakfast but it was pretty simple, bread and jam or egg. Location was OK, but don't think I'd recommend the place overall.
Good hot showers, really good location only 5 mins walk from the night market. Breakfast nice. Good stay :)
