The hostel staff were fantastic! It was a real pleasure to stay here. The family dog was also beautiful. For improvements a kitchen would be nice, as would some lockers for your personal belongings. Many thanks for a fantastic visit!

Great place to stay and would come back here any time. Loved playing with Guai the puppy! Staff were brilliant and friendly.

Great staff - the owner and his family (and puppy!) were really welcoming and helpful. A shame there is no kitchen but the hostel is central so was easy to eat out

Great location and really nice atmosphere and character. The staff is really nice and food is delicious. Try the "trucha"! The only problem to me: No lockers. That makes you kind of worried when you leave your valuable stuff at hostel. But nothing that would make me not come back. Totally recommend t.

La habitación estaba bien, pero era sólo eso: una habitación. No tiene cocina ni espacios comunes agradables. Es como un bar con un anexo de habitaciones. Faltan sillas en la terraza y en el patio. El único lugar con sillones, era oscuro, lo mismo el patio de noche, que había que atravesar en completa oscuridad para llegar a la habitación. Los dueños simpáticos, pero las chicas que atienden en el bar (y que atendían de rebote el \"hostal\"), bastante mala onda. No tiene vocación de hostal.

my husband and I had an amazing time staying at La Bicicleta in Pucon. Everyone was so generous and friendly. I recommend La Bicicleta to everyone.

Nice place, they can advise you on all the things to do in Pucon and also they have good little bar/restaurant which means you don't have to go far for your bottle of beer after you come back from that volcano climb. Thank you, Jose, it was a good time! -Dmitry

Nice restaurant but very small rooms. We fit three people into one room - fine for a place to sleep but tough with lots of luggage. The floors upstairs creak very loudly. Two bathrooms with showers upstairs, one bathroom in the restaurant. Location is good, you are close to the main drag but very noisy at night with bars on the street open until 4am. Wifi was unreliable while we were there. Very friendly staff! Check out Aguaventura across the street for your volcano trip. Great guides!

One of the best hostels I've been in. The staff was friendly,fun. and attentive. The girls who worked the front were cute and "muy bacan".(very cool) It felt more like you were staying at a friend or family members house than a at hostel. Which goes long way when traveling alone.Jose the manager set me up with great tours. A hike up the volcano and white water rafting trip which were spot on. Wish i could have stayed longer. I will be back to Pucon and La Bicicleta.

I strongly recommend staying at la Bicicletta! The owner Jose and his family were really the most helpful and attentive people you can imagine! They really care about their customers and help you in any way! Jose helped me booking great tours in Pucon and even if a tour seemed impossible to do, he found a way to make it happen! Im really grateful for all they did for me - for making my stay in Pucon the best experience ever! Great atmosphere, clean rooms, hot shower, central location, good food!

Absolutely fantastic family run hostel that is walking distance to most place in Pucon itself (including the bus station - about 10 minutes). Don't stay anywhere else

This was one of the best hostels I staid in while in Chile. Here are a few reasons why: extremely kind knowledgeable and welcoming staff, clean rooms, hot showers, great location to town and bus station, and overall fun vibe. Finally, if you are going to Pucon, you're going for some adventure sports and seeing some beautiful scenery. In the loby Jose and Fran have laid out all of the activities possible in Pucon the times and the costs and help you arrange them - they made sure I enjoyed Pucon.

A terrific hostel with a host to match. Friendly Jose is happy to help me out in pretty much any way I asked, and you can´t ask for more than that, really. The place is close to absolutely everything: the beach, the bars, the plaza, the main drag. Good parilla in the outside garden too. Great place to stay whilst in Pucon.

I recommend La Bicicleta. It is centrally located, they serve the cheapest breakfast in town (and it is delicious). The hosts are very buena onda.

Perfect Place to stay for a couple of days! Its close to Shops Restaurants and Busstation. 5-10 Minute Walk to the Beach on the Lake. Owner helps you if you want to do any tours.

Very nice hostel. Had a really good time there. The hotelmanager is friendly and always willing to help you. They do hard their best to be of service to the guests. Have a good taste of music.

A very nice hostel. Staff is incredably friendly and always helps when and with whatever they can. I loved the atmosphere and the stay there in general. Also they help with organizing trips and tell u which operators are the best for each trip. Although breakfast is not included u can have some for payment, not cheap but its a good breakfast. I definitively recommend staying at la Bicicleta especially because of the friendly welcome and good stay u will find in this Hostel.

As much as I hate giving perfect scores, this place was ideal. Jose was the most helpful owner I have ever encountered. He provided tons of great advise and was very accommodating. The location was a very convenient and within walking distance of everything. The vibe was chill and friendly.
